Every WalkSafe plan includes a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. We do not ask for a credit card or payment details to start your trial. You only pay after the trial ends, once you choose to subscribe.
If you subscribed and change your mind within the first 30 days of your first payment, we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
Email us at [email protected] from the email address associated with your account. Include the word "Refund" in the subject line. We will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refunds are not issued after 30 days from the first payment date. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing section of your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will not be charged again, and you retain access until the period ends.
You can cancel your subscription at any time with one click from the Billing page in your manager dashboard. No long-term contracts, no cancellation fees, no exit calls. Your data remains accessible in read-only mode after cancellation for 90 days in case you wish to reactivate or export your records.
Since the trial is completely free and doesn't require payment details, there is nothing to refund if you cancel during the trial period. Simply stop using the app, or let the trial expire — no charges will ever be made.
